Today, without recovery, all air pressure is lost, which means that for every bottle blown, high and low pressure must be continuously supplied to ensure production. This pressure and volume of air supplied for each bottle is considerable when multiplied by the number of bottles blown per hour over a whole year.
This permanent consumption has an important cost.
When you add a recovery tank, you can recover this blown air and use it to blow the next bottle. We offer a high precision air recovery system that can reduce your air consumption by more than 40%.
Having initially collaborated for many years as a supplier of air recycling system for a very well known manufacturer in the market, we decided to extend our network and knowledge to the whole market. With 30 years of experience we have been able to study and store a lot of knowledge about the multiple specificities of each manufacturer.
Our air recycling system can be installed on all manufacturers of blow molding machines.
In total we have installed more than 1’300 ARS on 7 different machine manufacturers. This means 1’300 satisfied customers that recommend our system.
After conducting a case study on the machine, our technicians will come to the site to install the ARS. This installation requires a week of machine downtime, but the investment is well worth it : the return on investment is between 12 and 24 months maximum
During this week, our technicians will meticulously hitch up the machine with heavy duty Swiss quality parts. Once the system is installed and its effectiveness is checked, the machine can be put back into production immediately.
All the previous description underline the following points :
– the production rate and the quality of your bottles will remain the same.
– there is no modification of the machine’s OS
– The ARS is mechanically and electrically independent from the blower
Without ceramic reflectors and with a normal heating recipe, the whole heating phase will remain superficial, there will not be a good penetration of the heating inside the preform material.
In order to have a good heating result of the preform, it is necessary to have many lamps on and in high intensity mode. This generates a considerable consumption in kw which has a consequent cost.
With our TOEO ceramic system install inside the oven, using high performance ceramic material, with treated surfaces, the infra-red light reflection is enhanced, allowing the optimisation of the preforms heating. Siginficant fincancial savings will be observed due to the reduced electricity consumption of the oven.

After conducting a case study on the machine, our technicians will come to the site to install the TOEO. This installation requires a day of machine downtime, but the investment is well worth it.
During this day, one of our technicians will meticulously hitch up the machine with heavy duty Swiss quality parts. Once the system is installed and its effectiveness is checked, the machine can be put back into production immediately.
